Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed or dispatched. If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a refund for the value of the cancelled items. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations due to change of mind.

Can I Modify My Order?
We will do our best to assist with any changes before dispatch. To have the best chance of modifying your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. (Excludes weekends and public holidays; responses will be provided on the next business day). During busy periods, changes may not be possible.
