A guide of how to demonstrate the technics to the student, food lab preparation, timing tips, and the projects to be assigned are found only in this book. Grading suggestions are included. Finally, the daily lesson plans list the preparation, materials needed, teaching procedures and homework to be assigned each day. The answers for section reviews are found in this book.
